Our Brand "GOODEARTH" and its Types
High Bleachibility is the most important property of Bleaching Earths. Due care has been taken to produce different grades by altering other properties to make each type suitable for a particular application without conceding high bleachibility in each case.

BLEACHING EARTHS

FIELD OF APPLICATION

GOODEARTH Super FF

Refining of Vegetable and animal oils (especially hard-to-bleach and crude oils such as Soyabean oil, Cottonseed oil, Palm oil, Canola oil, Corn oil and Sunflower oil) and fats

GOODEARTH Fullers Earth

For decolorisation and bleaching of light oils (especially neutralised and degummed canola and soybean oils)

GOODEARTH LFF

Mineral oils (Lubricating Oils, waste oil recycling.)

“GOODEARTH” SUPER FF

A powerful activated bleaching earth with high bleachibility performance. It can be successfully applied in refining of crude soybean oil, cotton seed oil, palm oil, canola oil, corn oil, sunflower oil, tallow etc. Apart from bleaching the colour pigments, many harmful and undesirable ingredients like oxidation products, trace metals, residual gums (phosphatides), residual soap etc, are removed effectively. The resulting products are highly refined edible oils and fats, with enhanced shelf life in terms of odour and flavour stability.

Its inherently high bleaching performance plays an important role in refining of industrial oils and fats with excellent results.

“GOODEARTH” FULLERS EARTH
A cost-effective alternate to activated GoodEarth Super FF, it plays vital role in purification and refining of light oils and fats for production of edible variety. The bleaching clay is brought into contact with degummed and neutralized vegetable oils in the bleacher units of oil mills. After allowing for necessary residence time, the fuller earth and oil mixture is filtered to give the desired colour.

“GOODEARTH” LFF
Re-refining of lubricant oils is of increasing popularity due to the high economic cost of imported lubricants. A highly active Bleaching Earth GOODEARTH LFF enables recycled oils to be economically converted into refined oil of a quality equivalent to that of fresh oil.

It is particularly suitable for use in oil regeneration of recycling of lubricants.
